well bought them off egay for four hundred....i think the rebound is whats causing my problems the rebound so fast they could bounce off the damn floor lol so my next question with this being said....it couldnt be the nitrogen cartridge correct? And any tips on how to "unstick" the rebound knob. I cant find any threads on proper disasembly of the nitrogen side. All i have found is changing the spring out. This is frustrating haha.

Post up some pics of where your having problems!
hahaha there isnt anything to post pics of as much as i wish that would help....all i can do is describe what there doing. If i could just get ahold of someone who knows how that one side is built or a general idea i could maybe go from there....for instance would it be wise to get a set of vise grips and twist the rebound knob to the slow side to unstick it. Its almost as if someone tightened the crap out of it. Sorry to sound like an rambling fool to all of ya...just trying to explain whats goin on with um

and ya there is oil comin out between the seal and the fork tube itself. but i think this is from the gentleman oiling them to much like you are supposed to. You only use about a cap full of 5w in each one just to keep them working smoothly.

THAT is why they feel like pogo sticks. Your runnin' on springs only. Boing!

I took the cartridge side apart tonight and the rod that runs to the piston for rebound adjustment is rusted and seized so got that figured out. But the nitrogen cylinder has hardly any pressure in it. Does this cartridge have a place to refill them? there is a cap on the bottom of the cylinder i can get loose. Im assuming there is a valve under the cap? or were can i find a new charged cylinder.
