Round 2 was a great success with nearly 250 entries showing up to race at Milford! Thank you to all who came out. One of the most exciting things to see this year was how many "teams" that were represented. Whether it was a shop team like Chuggs, Hutch or Gendron or a business team like Jims Christmas Trees or Motowear USA, or just a fun team like Triangle, Mini Me or Moto Nut. That is the power of 8 years of a growing Northeast pit bike scene. Make sure you guys post photos on our facebook page and on planet minis

DB Studios

DB is working on his feature DVD which should be out by Dec 2010 (Jan if we race Mototown) but either way he should have pre purchase info (and savings) at Round 3 at Crow Hill. Last year's video was halarious with outtakes, interviews, and great riding and racing footage - Dont miss this piece of history. They killed it with T shirts and awards this round. If you didnt get one make sure you visit them at Crow Hill. The beer theme shirts are a huge hit as they reportedly sold out of both styles. I have seen the round 3 version and these will become collectors. Nice job Murphys - good to see you guys doing well with this! Check them out at MotowearUSA



Pre Registration for Round 3

is now up online on www.stimilon.com - just click the MoM logo and then click on "Register" on the left hand navigation bar. You can either print out a reg form and send it in with a check (its ok if you are old school, we will still work with you) or sign up online secure with paypal. Either way save your self time and money as well as earn yourself another practice ticket...



Mustache Awards

A challenge has been issued to all for a mustache contest at round 3. To enter you must post a picture of yourself on the Stimilon facebook page (Stimilon International | Facebook) with a copy of today's paper, a cell phone with the date, or something to prove you are clean shaven today (no pre grown staches will be allowed to enter you sandbaggers) lets see which of you hairy bastards can grow the best stache in the next 3 weeks... Prizes will be given - the better the stache, well you get the idea - we need at least 5 riders to enter to have the contest. Awards will be given at the riders meeting.



Team Interviews

DB is looking to interview more teams for a pre race show he is working on - at the very least he said it will be considered for the video. Bets face it, if you interview sucks, he wont use it - actually if it is really bad he probably will, but you wont want him to. If you put peeple to sleep (my dunlops really hooked up, and my graphics looked cool, yawn!) it is worthless - you want on the video, be video worthy!



Stimilon Banquet in December

We are working on the year end party, er um I mean Banquet. We will do all the championship awards and prizes there, as well as some new ones. More info should be available by round 3 at Crow Hill. It will be held the weekend of December 11/12 depending on what goes on with round 5. Either way it will be in Windsor, CT at one of the hotels on Day Hill Road (right off the highway on the way to Mototown). More info to follow - stay tuned.



New Ideas

We are always interested in new ideas to make the series better and more fun, so if you have some post them on facebook, planet minis, etc (if they are good), if they are lame just tell your girlfriend (she told us she doesnt listen to you anyway)

what happened to the team races from last year? i remember only one or 2 teams actually compete last year (rocky hill im referring to) but now this year with so many more teams it might actually work out better

i am not a fan of 2 up riding bc it is slow, boarder line dangerous and rarely any good.



besides crow hill isnt the best for that since the track is so long and i know roseanne wouldnt go for it - so i will be the bad guy here and say probably not this round



i am still trying to figure out the team idea - i like that one and crow hill could be super fun



but again that picture and diagram is priceless - francis you need to get on this - could be a big market - haha
