hm, have you checked out the staggs racing shock? Jeremy could probably valve it and tune it for your weight and everything for you

 

Elka all day long, I have snapped 2 x I shocks at the base of thier shafts so far.. The Fox shock is nice but i have been hammering an Elka for over 6months now, race and play.. Not a single complaint against it..



Just imo, if u want i can post pics of all the shocks we have snapped so far..

 

I am not 2 impressed with the fox shox.



You cant go wrong with elka. and the red baron shock is great also.

I am VERY impressed with my fox shock.Very adjustable and doesnt stick at all.I have to add air to it like once a month to keep the air pressure the same.But its totally worth it.

im really not THAT impressed with mine either.makes noise,and valvin kinda sucks

but,its all i could afford

no....everybody that knows anything about aftermarket realizes it uses the same shock body as an ishock LE. I'm sure the shock is good....but i have an inkling its just not the same as an ishock LE.

 

We have been testing overseas shocks for 6 months now and I believe I know what shock that is.



It does look similar to the I shock but out performs it and is much stronger than the ishock will ever be. If im correct on who makes this shock it impressed me.

ishocks are terrible. I think Works is the best "bang for your buck" shock out there.

So, you know for FACT as you stated "that it is basically an I-Shock LE without the stickers". Or are you simple saying, that since it looks similar to the I-Shock, in your OPINION it must be the same as the I-Shock, but, you do not know for sure. I just want to know if you have some inside information about this shock and you are not just jumping to conclusions.



I, like most people, just want the true facts. Opinions are great, but, if we are giving our opinions than we should say so. If we are stating fact, then we should have information to back it up.

ok its not a ishock LE first off compare the reservoirs, ours is different in shape giving it a different body.. Also we have better componets inside the shock. Plus our seals are better.

 

Just posting for reference...not trying to start anything. If the staggs is even close in performance to an ishock LE it would be sooooooo worth it for the price.

 

i love my fox air shock best shock ive ridden its very ajustible and will work with just about any setup ull have to widen the stk sub frame tho

 

although at first glance they do look alike but at a second look you'll see there different
