can someone tell me how to make a rear handbrake setup for my 110 or where i can buy one?

You can try ghettoing your own setup up, thats what I did on my 150f for hte short time I had a hb



By ghetto, I mean just using whatever cable you can get thats long enough, wahtever clutch lever, a Hose clamp to secure the cable to the swingarm, and a peice of steel, or weld to the stock brake arm

I was wondering if 50stunt finished making the hand brake for the 110, I didn't see anything on there web site?

 

I'm wanting one as well yould be nice to just buy it off the shelf. but fabing one up shoulden't be hard

How about a "How To" on how you made your rear hand brake with some pictures!

 

Called ryan today he said they just finished moving the shop and look for them in about 2 -3 weeks. I ordered some pegs to tide me over

No clutch it's a play bike my buell has a clutch thats all I need

 

i got a buddie that needs one of these also he only has one leg and is sick of looping that thing out cause he cant use back break

He's still 2 weeks out on them. He playing catch up on other parts. He's going to give me a call when they are done.

Serious respect for anyone who doesn't let a physical impairment stand in the way of them doing anything they want to do...

 

here is a setup I made for a 150



I used a honda rear brake cable off of an old school 3 wheeler(in stock, 16.00 at steelership)



Welded a tube on the rear brake rod, I made a u-shaped bracket that bolted to the swinger and held the cable. been workin for years.



Pretty easy fab



Run the clutch on top with a short or cut off lever and run the hb on the bottom
