100% new parts. Mild porting, MX cam, careful assembly with synthetic lube, high quality seals, cam sprocket, hardened cam bolts, SS exhaust studs, 52/54mm gasket set. I even lash the valves. Bolt on and rip performance. If you run it, and don't like the performance, I'll give 100% credit towards a new TB Race Head. $125, with free shipping of course!

do you have any e22 heads, or do you have the right piston kit for this head.

Yep. This head is an e22 variant. There are several different heads, all with similar dimensions, valve sizes and chambers. This particular version works very well on 88-108 motors, especially with the port work.

I have 52 and 54mm piston kits to match the head.

Cam is installed, valves adjusted, and rotated to overlap. That's why the red Sharpie line is there. This way, the rocker shafts don't slide out and the cam doesn't keep trying to rotate away from you while trying to get the chain and sprocket lined up. Always trying to make it easy for you guys:)
