pieced together from extra parts in my garage and some new stuff. A back up bike or a loaner bike for my friends to go riding with us that don't have a bike. Still need, stock gas tank- the aftermarket gas tanks fit like crap, probably a blue boysen flywheel cover, and some foot peg springs. and paint the rear drum brake silver to match the hub..

I only have ridden up and down the street and I couldn't give an honest answer about it. Quality is very nice however its not a good fit with the swingarm as it hits the can when the suspension is compressed.

I extended the rear exhaust mount back about a 1/4 inch and that fixed the problem of hitting the swinger.

Its not any much louder than my two bros pipe, i thought it would be because of the step design.

*****anyone gotta oem tank they want to sell? the one on there doesn't fit well and have to bend the plastics to make it fit.

i know u havent ridden it much...but how do u like the inner rotor?

I love the inner rotor, I have it on my first bike and the reason its on this backup bike is because originally I was gonna use this motor as my back up and I didn't want to keep on changing the inner rotor in and out of the motors when i switched so I bought another one for this motor and could just plug it into my bike when I switched motors.

Inner rotors are great, they rev up superfast. I've never had any stall problems that people complain about. Personally, makes me feel like my bike has better throttle response.

What size motor is in that bike?

Motor is a mix match of parts from my garage. 108cc. It has a ct70h 4speed tranny, with a 1d3up oem honda shift drum pattern, takegawa manual clutch, takegawa 88cc cylinder, kitaco 51mm crank, trailbikes 108 piston, trailbikes ported racehead, crower 260 degree cam, Mikuni 20mm carb. I may switch carbs to a shengway 24 that I have laying around but it doesn't look any bigger than the mikuni. Up and down the street it rips, but doesn't have the grunt that my kitaco 108SE has in my first bike.

Jeez, your "other" bike is nicer then most peoples only bike 8O

that's what I was thinking. I read the text first and expected to see a spare parts bike built mostly from stock parts, when I scrolled down. What a surprise! Very nice looking bike. It may just serve as an inspiration bike when I build miniposer's or mrsposer's bikes. While it looks great, I'm not too sure about the white seat. I don't think it would look good for very long with this red georgia clay. Is that a Fove0 frame and SP-5s? And what shock are you using?

Oh man, imaposer, my white alpinestar tech 8s are still stained from the red clay spending a week riding down in georgia 4 months ago

Yep, and they still will be four decades from now too. If they were still around that long that is.

I've found that Whestley's (sp?) Beach White works to remove it from plasitcs but I'm not sure it would work on boots or a white seat.

The bike looks great like that though.

I left the black cover on the seat and stapled the white one over it, I know its gonna get dirty fast because its already dirty sittin in my garage. Once it gets too dirty and uncleanable, i'll rip it off and have the black one underneath ready to go.

yes its a five-o frame, and thats how it all started, I had the whole motor hubs, gas tank, seat, some bars, tires and all the litte bolts and stuff, then my local honda dealer offered me the five-o frame for 340.00 and it retails for 519.00 so i couldn't pass that up and it kept on rollin from there.
