pitster Xsomething forks on my KLX110, doesn't fit!!

I took off my KLX110 forks and they have these cheesy ass ball bearings just sitting open and they flew everywhere! SECOND TIME THIS HAPPENED to me, you would think i would learn, anyways... The pitster from end does not fit, what do I need to make this thing fit?

the roller bearings in the pitster are OK, nothing great, but id rather use those over the loose ball bearings in the KLX110. EVEN THE CRF50 HAS A SOLID bearing ring!!! nothing fits!

Pitster has a kit to make that front fit a KLX.. also Pax sells a kit and so does SGR Staggs
