yup i got a grade 4 seperation and never fixed it. happend mid february and was back racing mid march

mine was between a 4 and a 5...ac seperation/torn ligaments and tendons in left shoulder, 3 broken bones in right hand...i got surgery on the shoulder so the healing time is a little longer but it heals more like normal...i can move it now just as good as i could before, maybe a little more lol cause it is more flexible than my right side
