I just got my motor back, 108tb with 20 carb with stock jetting. It's 50 degrees here.



When I run her she idles poorly and gives itself gas - It's like and on and off thing. Even when I ride it, it's very choppy doing its own thing.



What does that mean?

maybe because they reused the gasket?

should i get a new gasket or tighten it down.



what is it that i should spray on there to find out?

something flammable like carb cleaner.....



if idle goes up when you spray...you have a leak....

adjust air fuel mixture if no leaks found.

It seems like you should be way lean if your running the stock jetting on a 20mm carb.

it use to run really well.

now it runs like crap.



i took the carb off and and messed with the gaskets...didnt get the carb cleaner to spray on there yet. i hope that is the issue. the carb did sit for almost 2 months.
