Finally got a hold of a Z, hard to find here (hawaii). It's a 95 z50 in decent shape. Want to make a pit bike type ride, for a bigger guy. Wondering the best place to get parts and the must haves for this bike to get the most out of it, best bars, pipe. Rear suspension and new swinger maybe?? Anything helps, aloha.

Im not all that big (5'10" and 165) but anything over a kids weight and the suspension starts to hurt. Only my 84, I bought XR80 rear shocks and Fast50's front shock replacement springs. This was over 10 years ago and they all still feel great! I took hit any jump with out fear. Handles my weight very nicely.
For bars, I found a set of XR75 bar-clamps and bought a a pair of BMX bars at a local bike shop. Worked perfect for me. I trimmed a bit off the ends of the bars to keep them from hanging out too far though.
