Been wanting to do this. I know, I know. Monster En. has been done to death. Not on a hardtail Z50 though. Just dig the colors and the drink.

Hope you like it. Pictures were taken before the throttle was twisted in anger. Yes, she is a rider. :D

1969 Z50 - brackets removed to look like a KO.

G-Craft wheels/Carlisle tires

TB 88 Race Head kit.

HD w/BBR springs

Minigunz exhaust

Lightened flywheel

Z50R hubs/brake plates

Fast50's bars/clamp/motor billet/sprockets

Razzo, take a bow. Nice job! What's the thinking behind using the later hubs and brake plates?

Thank you!! Had a set of 50STUNT extended brake arms I wanted to use. Work great on the smaller hubs. Like the look of the smaller "R" hubs.

Very cool Razzo. What kind of paint did you use to paint the clutch and stator covers?

Thanks Eddie!! It's actually powder coat! Have a excellent shop in South Jersey (J & M Restorations, Cedarville, N.J.) that does all my powder. The color is a lime w/ fine metallic. Looks great in the sun. The tank/fenders is gloss black powder. Tank interior was also coated with a thin black expoxy coating.

Well Razzo, it's cool but, the only thing I would change is... NOTHING! Great bike. I think it is cool that you used the newer hubs. Gotta change things up and keep trying new stuff. Now the questions.

Do the wheels take both hubs or did you order "R" hubs?

Tell us more about this epoxy coating inside the tank.

Can you take a closer photo of the clamp and the fasteners? Look unique.

Finally so you powdered the tank as well. Do you know if you can powder over body filler? Or will the heat screw it up?

As always I am impressed and mentally "bowing" down to your mininess.

:notworthy: Not worthy! Thank you much. Here's the answers to your ?'s.

The wheels had to be re-drilled to accept the 3-bolt hubs.

The epoxy coating is sprayed into the tank after blasting. Appears as a semi gloss finish. Not thick or runny. My coater has been using it for a few years. First time for me. Beautiful finish inside. He claims it will out last me! Don't know the name of it but will find out.

Picture is of triple clamp. Fast50's black billet. Bolts are capped with chrome caps w/ flames. Picked them up at the local black-t shirt/harley shop. A little bling for it.

You can not powder over body filler. I have had success with JB Weld though. It'd just hard to work with. Tough sanding.

Thanks EVERYONE for checking it out and your comments!!! Thank you.
