Anyone here interested in racing at Milan Cycle City in Milan Michigan?I talked thru e-mail with Art and he said they would run it if we could get a group together.

I raced there for years in the 80's and it was sweet then I can't imagine it changed much. Supercross style is different than motocross. You must just be used to long motocross tracks and can't handle more skilled tight tracks ;)

Hey V8 you live in Lasalle LOL thats were I live on Swartz rd. They told me in e-mail that if we brought enough people that actually wanted to race and pay they would run pitbikes. Not sure on the classes probably all together. I think it would cost around 50.00 because I think we would have to join the MRA for 1 day. I am pretty sure they have practice days there and anyone could ride. I wonder how hard it would be to run on the soft dirt with my two 10" wheels LOL

Ha yes i'm always down in La Salle' at the parents place riding. since i live in an apartment in flatrock. I would be down for going to a open practice day and will talk to a couple buddies to see if there up for it. What all do you have done to your bike? You need a 12" front; much better.

here's my bike. pretty much set up how i want it now; just trying to get my riding abilities up to test it. :)

Your bike looks pretty good, I have a 03 XR 50, Tak 88cc,KLX 110 forks, all black plastic, Works shock, Renthal bars. I need to get the rear end raised a bit to stop the chopper look. Once I get some money I am using a swingarm my dad is not using it is same style as yours but then I need to either relocated upper shock mount or get different frame. I checked the website and practice is tuesday and it cost $25.00 from 4-9 but it says thru June 24th so not sure if this tuesday is the last one or the hours will be different after that.

Milan is awesome fun for big bikes. It is a supercross style track mostly sand and soft dirt. May be kinda wild on minis LOL They say they will run em if we bring enough that will pay. I think most people don't want to pay the MRA fee to ride there. Here is a link of some pics of the track Milan Cycle City

freelin's mini track is pretty small. and baja is only $25 to ride plus $35ama membership and $15 d-14.

Ive only been to practices so far but yes racing is expensive. I didnt know freelin had a track, i was planning on going there this summer as well. Prosource is so far away, I just occationally go to fenton. Plus my bike has poopy suspension and i dont think it could take a track of that calibur.
