The jincheng 50 ignition won't swap. It has 12V CDI but a 6V cranktap, ideal for 6V to 12V CDI conversions but not for a 12V cracktap...



Get a genuine mikuni VM26 with intake and a 28teeth or so rear sprocket. Otherwise it will be an instant backflip.

Whoops, If I swap ignitions I also swap the flywheel.

Did not get the fact that you only want to swap the statorplate and use the JC statorplate with the YX flywheel.

Is the breather hose open (and not pinched?)

Just hold your hand for the end of the hose when the engine is running you should feel air coming out.



(It's a YX150, the bigger brother of the yx140, it is not a lifan.)

Use a glue clamp to push the pads and the piston back into the brakecilinder, then pry the brakepads apart.





The rubber under the gascap is missing?

btw. genuine honda gascap do not fit on china tanks (idem for the petcock)
