They have 8 inches of travel? lol I thought it was only 6? I have a 110L and I was planning on keeping the stock forks because they have like 5.2 or something. Now I'm not so sure.
Even tho yall are talking about forks, but I was wondering if anyone knew a website that sells stiffer rear shocks for a 99 kx60 or any mods i can do that my son was/is going to use as a pitbike or miniMoto bike thnx
How much better are kx60 forks compared to stock klx 110 forks? How much more travel? And how much more lift? Do you need longer cables for brakes and throttle cause the forks are longer?
I had a +2 swinger w/ a racetech shock and that sat level but with the stock swinger it was a little higher in the front , to solve that problem just pull the forks up through the clamps a little bit
Kawasakimotorcycle.org also has info on KLX110 and KLX110L. KLX110 forks: 4.3" travel. KLX110L forks: 5.2" travel. KX60 forks: 7.9" travel. Kx65 forks: 8.3" travel.
