i actually was in the shop manual this weekend at work for my buddy...i believe that it said 163 mL or like 163cc...anyone wanna make sure i am recalling my fact correctly from the manual???

 

Just go 3.5 inches to the top of the fork tube compresssed with no spring.20wt oil works good.
