I have had both and i did not like them go with bbr

I hope you're just jabbing, as the E5's and E6s aren't in the same ballfield as the GPX or Zochs.

Personally, I'd go for a shock instead of forks. I run those forks on my 110 and once you get new oil in them they work pretty good. I rode it back to back with a bike with zochs, and while the GPX/DNM/SGR forks were more setup for me, I honestly thought they both worked quite well.

I dont mean to hijack but I tried searching for the MZ's in NZ and was told in no uncertin terms...They dont make them. Where can we get them from? I saw my first Elkas this past weekend but the guy was lighter than me but they worked buttery smooth

my new x4r has the zokes and elka shock. man those 2 put together are sooo great. but as for the forks, i dont no compared to the other, but the zokes are working great for me and they take hard hits real well and as well as small bumps. no complaints here

I don't know about those pitster ones but I can tell you I run marzocchi and they are sick, no joke my 110 forks feel as good as my crf450 and I hit up to 80 foot jumps without a problem. If you are talking about the 50 style they aren't quite as good compared to the 110 but thats the travel difference, for a 50 fork i dont think you'll find better.

I use PROPERLY set-up and dialed in (correct oil/greased sping) FastAce AS-02 forks and a FastAce BS-66RC shock, (on an aluminum perimeter frame - frame ridigity/stability have more to do with suspension action- or lack thereof, than ANY spring rate, valving, etc.), and I don't think you'll do better for less than several grand!!! The DNM forks/shocks are EXCELLENT as well for the $$$ if properly set up. Spennd some time with someone who KNOWS your chosen components AND how to dial 'em in (Traxxion Dynamics, RaceTec, etc.). Elka and 'Zokes are fine, but WAY overpriced if you know how to set up FastAce or DNM stuff...I'll stick with what WORKS vs. what costs the most/gets the most SQUIDLY RAVES...

I currently have them both.. GPX on a X4, Zokes on a X4R... the GPX are blown already with just as many races as the X4R. Get the Zokes if you are looking for forks but definately get rid of the rear shock for a better one.

This info is not coming from somone told me.. they are my bikes.
