No, I also ride bmx and one of my friends knows him somehow and he let a bunch of us ride his foam pit and skatepark.

 

actually he lives in davidsonville. not near bowie. 70 races at his track is a blast. but who ever gets the xr100 always get the holeshot. :lol:

 

does anyone know if you can ride on the streets of ocean city? i saw 1 guy doing it at the car show i just got back from. i wunder if he got caught.. :roll:

 

I dont think you can. Things always get kinda crazy there during the car show. The cops are so busy with people with fast cars racing on the streets that he probaly did get away with it.

 

yea it gets outa hand. i actualy asked a cop about 50cc motorcycles & he said the limit is 40cc. but i think he just didnt want more on the streets because i had about 11 friends with me & asked the question as, "can WE ride OUR 50cc bikes on the streets?" lol. but arnt the rent-a-scooters 50s? & they arnt registered with tags.

 

Hey I'm in the Rockville area and I have a pretty mild XR50. When are you guys riding again, I'd like to get involved.

My friend has a rather good sized field that we have an oval track on. Other than that I wind through the woods off of his property as well. I can put the bike in my Jeep and meet people to ride if necessary, are there any places that are designated riding areas?

We should setup a place and time. The tracks i know of in maryland that are pretty good for 50s are The landing mx in easton, and theres a litle track right by budds creek i cant remeber what its called(i dont like it though its boring). If you guys know of anything else let me know. It can be the east cost planetminis ride



I can talk my dad into it pretty much any weekend. Right now i have another week before i get my cast off and then im geting suspension so i probaly wont be ready for a month or so. :x (maybe ill go for one more ride with my stock suspension 8) ) Let me know when and where you guys want to go.

 

I would be up for some riding. Next week my BBR bar kit, ishock with res, and my 3" seat and tank lift should be in. Once I get those on I will be ready to do some more serious riding.

 

i would be up for some riding. i went to easton today & only took 2 laps on the 50 track cuz it was so beat. they disced it up & it dried like that. not a smooth spot on it. would rausch creek be too far for some of you guys? my friend said its about 2 hours from annapolis. im lookin for a place to ride big bikes & 50s. another place is seaford delaware(about an hour & 15 minutes from annapolis). thats where i usually practice on sundays. but you just have to ride the race track in the kids class.

 

Raush creek isnt to far away for me, im going to be going there somtime this summer. I just have to get my dad to want to go up. He wants to but he wants to speed a weekend up there and he has been busy for last couple of weekends, plus i have my cast. Soon ill be heading up there. Ill let you know.

Im thinking about heading to the landing this saturday. We figured it wouldnt be very crowded becuase the nationals are at budds on sunday. Ill let you guys know tomorow if we are going or not.

 

I really want to go to eastonand try it out.How far are you guys from frederick?The guy that owns the kawasaki dealer here has a big track at his house that I ride at....I could maybe talk him into letting me bring a few more guys.....From D.C. its 1 hour up 270 north,let me know well set something up..

 

Fredrick is about an hour from me. The only problem with that is my dad really doesnt like riding at places unless its a actually track or a close friend of his. Im not saying anything against your friend but my dad just thinks people might turn on him and call the cops or something. He just doesnt like to take that risk. Well still anyway find out if we can come, ill ask my dad.
