You need the OEM pin from a KX250[f] or 450, the OEM 110 one is, like you said, too short.

No problem. I had a helluva time trying to find one that would work when I broke the pin on my setup!

 

Are my pegs missing something?? Apart from the springs which I have what else is missing? They dont seem a close fit as though theres a part that fills the gap that I aint got?

 

I'll check mine when I get home, but it looks fine to me.

Looks like the part the spring wraps around is longer than on mine, but even your still has a gap, just not as gappy as the ones I have. I might have to make something up to fit just so it doesnt wobble around.

There won't be a gap when you have it installed and it won't wobble if you have the spring in correctly

 

Worst case get a stainless steel washer and call it a day
