So i just bought a MOD CRF50 all done up. Having a problem with first gear. The bike starts fine first or second kick and idles like it should, rev warm it up runs great. Click it into first gear and take off everythings normal but when you let off the throttle and the RPM's come done almost back to idle so you would kinda be costing to a stop the engines every other stroke or idle kinda jurks forward, BLUP BLUPBLUP BLUP Jurking forward as if i was just lightly twisting the throttle. but if you get back on it, it takes off fine runs great through all gears just when you come back down through first gear. checked throttle its good turn bars back and forth doesnt effect anything, clean carb, doesnt back fire or any thing.
MOTOR-KITACO stoker 106, TAKEGAWA 3 speed manual (cable) tranny. Yoshimura exhaust, 24mm mikuni carb and Kitaco oil cooler.
I was thinking maybe could it be the clutch going out??? have a couple KLX110 but this is my first 50 hope some one can help.
