Looking for an OTT brake pedal, I've already snapped a two brothers and I like the under the kick start design of the brand x, it looks like the big minis one. Is it cheap metal and worth it to get a big minis pedal, or is this thing strong enough?

I bought one to try and it wouldn't fit on my stocker with stock mount / pegs. Also tried it on my mod with two bros mount / fastway pegs and it wouldn't fit there either. On either of them it wouldn't fit under the cover / over the mount, tried taking the mount off, etc, etc and no go. Sold it and put back on my two bros and ordered a sik one for the stocker. It did seem like it was stronger metal, about the same as the sik OTT pedal. I've read that it will only work with their mount and even then there is limited pedal motion.

You can replace the middle part of the two brothers OTT brake pedal, here is a link to it:

Two Brothers Racing, add an item to your shopping cart:

NOTE: You have to run a brake snake so that the pedal doesn't get ripped off!!

I also bent my two bros one up so I just replace the middle piece and then put on a brake snake. I drilled a hole in the top of the foot pedal part then ran it to the skidplate. Haven't had any problems since I did that and I race a Hare Scramble series and ride family enduros with my son 110 so I see lots of stumps and such.

Mine came on my bike when I bought and I just didn't think about putting a brake snake on it. After I bent it and got a new pedal piece I put one on.

I bought my brake pedal used. It didn't come with a brake snake, came a bit bent, and came without the small adjustment screw, you may be thinking, it's just a screw, but it took me a few weeks to figure out why my pedal was sticking up so far! I hate buying parts used that are set up wrong so you don't know what is right.
