Bike Revving Out Too Quickly

Alright so my full mod is revving out quite a bit quicker than it is supposed to. Anybody know why this could be happening? It seemed like my stock 110 used to pull longer than this bike does and it's starting to concern me. It has a Kamikaze 143 Factory Kit running with stock gearing.

It really bugs me because there a triple on a local big bike track that I could double fine on my stocker, but then on this thing it taps out and starts sputtering and I can barely land on top of the second jump and you can feel that the power totally plateau's out. I've even just flat out had the bike cut out on me once I hit the very tip of the lip.

Any help is greatly appreciated.

I'm running 93 octane in it right now, which is what I run in my big bike.

It has a 26mm carb on it because that is what came with the big bore kit. A bit of info I forgot to include is that when my dad was cleaning out the carb one time he took out the main jet and a spring fell out. He got to looking at it and it didn't make sense. Long story short, it wasn't a spring. It was actaully the thread for where the jet screws into the carb. So the jet wouldn't stay in place so we JB welded it into place, so I'm not sure if that would make a difference or not, but it still ran like that before the whole jet issue.

Another thing I forgot to include is that the bike has a yx150 head on it incase that helps.

Im going to say the sputter is probably from the jb welded jet. You can tell if your clutch is going out by riding it down the street. Start it warm it up get to second or third and sack the throttle wide open you will feel it. Kinda like the tire is spinning like your doing a burn out but its not the tire is hooking up its your clutch that's slipping. Look at your tire after you will be able to tell if your tire is spinning or your clutch is slipping pretty easily. Either do that or pull the side cover and look at the plates

Your new engine is making more power so one of two things can happen.

First.... It will excellerate quicker because of the new found power.

Second... Your new found power will over come the clutches ability to hold creating said slip.

Just food for thought.

Okay, now I'm really starting to think there's something wrong with the clutch because for a while now, every time I ride it, it almost feels like the rear tire is flat even though I check it every time before I get on the track.

Im bettin on the clutch, get kx65 clutches and HD clutch springs and I would replace the JB welded on carb no matter if its the best carb you have ever had and the jetting is spot on. my 2 cents, which adjusted for inflation is about -$1.75

Update:

So I just got the bike out and rode it up and down the street a couple of times and I'm pretty positive there's something up with the clutch. When I would get on it, it would rev up really fast but not really go anywhere. Before I wouldn't even attempt to just dump the throttle because I know the thing would loop out on me; when I did it just now it felt like it was accelerating like a stock engine.

What does this mean I have to do now? I would like to know as soon as possible so I can hurry and order the parts because I'm going to try to race next Saturday.

What's a good way to check the clutch? And if that's the problem what am I looking at to fix it?
ride the bike and just go threw the gears u know what ur bike felt like before see if its feels like its slipping. itll rev out faster then normal but u can still ride it. mines slipping hard right now i can ride it but when i get on it the motor just revs and bike goes slow. i ordered new plates youll need new plates and hd springs to fix ur problem

if you dump the clutch it should just rev and not pull to hard.. if it does that its ur clutch
