How much did you pay? How did you pay? You might have some recourse if you paid by credit card. Depending on the amount, it could get messy.

I didnt even order this bike, its the used crf he had for sale in the vendor classifieds. I payed for the bike on feb. 1st. He told me the shipping company was coming to get it on friday the 4th.



I was told 3-5 days max.



I used a visa check card. It was $1235 with the rims i bought also.

Last week he told me that he contacted the shipping company and they said they were backed up from the holidays and that they ship his stuff slower because hes a new account?? He said id have a tracking number, and receipt this tuesday. He also said id have the bike this wednesday. Well, when the shipping company didnt call me on tuesday to setup a delivery time i knew the bike wasnt coming. He then tells me, "well they said maybe thursday." Well, they didnt call yesterday to schedule a delivery time and guess what, they certainly arent calling today so i doubt itll be here tomorrow. And guess what, he told me this company doesnt operate on weekends. So maybe theyll call me on monday and i can have my bike on tuesday?



When i bought the bike it was nothing but how great his shipping company is, how he just sent a bike to hawaii in 4 days. He said he went with this company because his old company took too long. Supposedly, his girlfriend runs this shipping company?



Yesterday when i talked to him he told me that he was going to call the company so he could get a tracking number to give me...you know, the number i was supposed to have this tuesday....the number i should have been given the day the bike was shipped.



I cant even get the name of the company, a tracking number, confirmation, receipt, or anything. Everyday its the same thing, "maybe itll come tomorrow."



Ive already missed 2 races because of this.

 

pretty much same thing that happened with my gas tanks i ordered 2 months ago....



i have 2 VERY VERY pissed off people because they have no tank and its been months........and the worst part about it is that I look bad....not you I look bad....and the last thing im tryin to do is make people think that im screwing them over on their money.......now i look like the bad guy here and dont like it one bit.



ive had nothing but good experiences with Atom on a personal level and if he does something like this to me after all the people ive referred to him and also the support ive given him just irritates me.

I hear that he is going to the dealer show in indy this weekend. So i doubt ill get an answer as to where my bike is!



Since ive payed for my bike ive ordered 3 separate times from AHP and ive received all of my parts EXACTLY when i was told theyd be here. Also ordered from classic honda and received my tires in 4 days.

I believe you need to know someone to get into indy, aka get a pass. I know a guy thats going down there though.







I know that these people pay nick money to advertise on this site, but he shouldnt deal with shops that treat their customers like this. They give the site a bad name.

Great, i ordered rims and spokes, he said he didnt stock them but he gets them next day and theyd be shipped with my bike.



I hope hes not holding on to my bike till the spokes come in!

Its 6pm here and no call from the shipping company, so i wont have my bike till atleast tuesday now.



I just called ATOM for the 50th time today and guess what, for the 50th time he didnt answer! 8O

 

Well, i just got off the phone with ATOM. And guess what, i got a tracking number. My bike went to the shipping company yesterday!



Only 15 days after i ordered it! So, ive been lied to for the past two weeks.

yeah, but this should not be how things go, a little honesty is all the consumer is asking for!! try ripp'n me off and see what happens!! i have all the time in the world to hunt anyone down that does!! id be knock'n at your door no matter where you are- family is in the airline bussiness( i travel for free) ...hhhmmm..... makes you think HUH?- if your out there scammin on people ,sooner or later your gonna meet someone like me that would ENJOY the chase!!!
