Alright here is my setup- zonger 110(108) ahp high comp piston-upsweep ct70 pipe-22mm mikuni carb. This is mounted in my skyteam st90 and is used on the street and for stunting. The carb came with a 100 main jet and works great. Idles good-pulls okay. I decided to fatten the main to see if i could gain some and ended up with a 107.5.That was a real improvement. The next size i had laying around was a 120. Put that in and it ran even better..!!. What is some sizes you guys run in your 22mm carbs? keep in mind i live in the midwest(Iowa) I think i will bop to the honda shop and get a 130-140. Thanks a bunch

hmm i was runnin a 105 in my 107 jailing(xtreme) seemed ok. but i have since put in a 114 hi-comp kit so will be goin bigger. i didnt think a 110cc could handle a 120mj but you never know until you try i guess. just keep tryin bigger ones till ya foul a plug or see black smoke out the pipe.

Damn thats alot of fuel! I have the same carb on my TB108 and am at a 100 main and a 17.5 pilot with the clip at the bottom. Any bigger and it runs like shit. Unless you got some thin air there or something. Whats the plug look like after a plug chop?

Hell i put in a 130 last night and it ran like a champ. Wont take a 147.5 thoughhehe. She really bobbles on that size. Anyway i have to lower the needle one clip now and should be good. It will pull full throttle without laying down and does not blurble(sp) on top. The carb came with a 100 and worked ok but seems to run alot better now even with the air temps being overly hot. I have jetted a few gsxr's in the past and have never had to make this sort of a jump in jetting before. Seems wierd but works okay and i can even pull more rpms than i could when it was leaner. Bike runs a lot cooler also. randy
