You read that correctly. Coming off the successful heels of the 143cc out of stock honda cases, I am going to attempt to make 181cc out of a Lifan 120cc engine.
Here are the proposed specs.
Donor: Lifan 120cc Engine, 4 Speed Clutch on Primary Shaft
62mm Stroker Crank
61mm Resleeved Aluminum Cylinder and domed piston
Dratv Z40 Racing Cam Shaft
Stock Ported Head, 27mm intake, 23mm exhaust valves
Takegawa 28mm Intake Manifold
Mikuni TM28 Flatslide Carb
Oil Sling turned way down
Lightened Flywheel by AHP
Daytona Pipe for Honda SS50
I have everything in my possession except the crank and intake manifold...I should have it next week and begin the process. This will go on my newest bike project...a 1965 Honda S65 Rest Mod. This will be the winter project.
At 181cc, I need to set my HP goals higher.
