My original post deleted so to be short I have a amigo rover 150 I bought it new about 4 months ago I sheared off the 2 Bolts of the exhaust plate and with the weight of the exhaust just hanging there and eventually bent the exhaust Pipe where The 2 bolts hold it underneath the engine casing I wrote it like that for 2 months and now after about 20 minutes it won't start up again and it'll shut off on me I can't figure out what it is any suggestions

You probably burned up the exhaust valve... Exhaust systems are needed to keep some heat in the head. I'd take a flashlight and take a peek at the cylinder head.
