im looking for anyone that can help me out with the shop manual pages of the motor on the klx 110..i had the 143 in it and i tore it down to get the cases rewelded on the peg mounts and the motor mounts.. I now found that pax's and hp offer new cases already bore to 160.. i ordered a pit boss stroker crank so is it worth just doing the 160 or going with the 165?

ok my email is jgwakeup@gmail.com if you can email pages of the engine so i can put my cases back together etc.. tork specs... thanks guys..

all other help offered will take in...

If your going the 160 route..definitely do the 165 much better piston. What head are you running? Also a stroked 165 is fasttt, to much for some people to handle. What help are you needing from the manual ? I've had very good service with MotoHP

Well from the service manaul i need all the engine pages. with torque spec so i dont built it all wrong and stripe something.. i dont know let me know your thoughts but i call motohp and left a message no word also emailed pax's no word..

Eddy from MotoHP will get back to you soon. He works a full time job also so he can't always get to his phone. He will get back in touch with you. i'm running the MotoHP 165+r and the motor is awesome. Perfect power every where and is good for both SX style tracks and MX style tracks. 165+r stroked which is a 180 is crazy fast. I only rode it at Vegas which was kinda to much for that track. Overall the 165+r is one of the best options out there right now. You can also email Eddy at MotoHP@earthlink.net and he'll get back to you as soon as he can.

Yeah i emailed him and so ill see.. I guess the patience thing sux..oh well.. Im not sure if im going to go with the +r head because of just newness and such..however im looking to do either the 160 or the 165 kit but if i do the 165 kit i need to get the new boring done etc.. I already have the stroker crank and all the other parts just tooking to get either new cases and boring done or use mine and bore those or just buy the new cases already bore to 160 size and assembly it with my stroker and such... That is why i need a shop manual for engine assembly and torque specs...
