Well all good thing must come to an end. :'( But another project starts! I'm going to jump on the 450F band wagon! I bought an 06 Honda TRX450 motor! I'm selling my COMPLETE XR200 motor set up. The XR DYNOs in at 26HP!! Iv put 375 miles on it and have had NO problems what so every except you will get stopped buy onlookers to see what BEAST lies with in! Iv been 110MPH with a little more to go. Ditch the 2smoker and get RELIABILITY and HP! As you can tell I do things the RIGHT way, this swap is a BEAST! Always starts in 2 kicks (one kick choke on and one kick choke off). Get rid of that old 6V and upgrade to 12V!

It will include the following:

~1986 Honda XR200 (completely rebuilt buy a Honda master tech with Honda parts).

~Completely rebuilt 28mm carb and UNI filter.

~Custom wiring harness (just plug in a 12V head and tail light) and your good to go.

~ALL necessary wiring/regulator/rectifier/coil/cdi/etc. and mount.

~Modified ysr lower cradle to hold the XR200.

~ALL mounts and hardware (you will need to weld the rear mount only).

~Front and Rear (for YSR hub) sprockets.

~Custom Under tail Head Pipe will be supplied (you will need to find/make you own muffler) with Header Wrap.

~Powder coated Kick Starter.

~Powder coated Engine Cases.

~Clutch Cable.

~Throttle Cable.

~Gear Shifter.

The only items off the top of my head you will need are:

~Muffler.

~Throttle tube.

~Chain.

With MOST XR200s the kick gear wears out over time, I wish when i rebuilt the motor i replaced it (part costs $30), once in a blue moon when you kick it over it skips a tooth. But very rarely it happens.

This it the closest "bolt in XR200 swap". You will have to do a little welding (rear mount) but all the hard work it done. I will supply the mount. I'm sure I'm forgetting some parts. I'm more than happy to answer questions. I WILL NOT PART ANYTHING OUT.

I'm VERY firm on $600+Shiping, which is a steal! Reason I'm selling this swap so cheap is i hate to wait for a sale. Id rather sell it cheap and give a fellow YSRer a hand.

Here is a few pics: All of these are old "build" pics.
