Has anyone put the forks from a ttr 125 onto a klx 110. The tubes are the same size as the klx so they will fix into the triple cramps and they are longer like the kx 65. Me and my bother are going to try it this weekend. I am swapping the forks from my sons ttr 125 to the yz85. My brother did this about 6 months ago and has the old forks from the ttr 125 and is looking for a cheap upgrade on his klx 110 for now.

Any info or thoughts let me know.

the ttr has a 17 in front so not quite sure how it would sit like that. you might try lacing the hub to a 14 in rim, but you might have to get some spokes made for you. also, the setup may be to wide to actually fit into klx110 clamps.

haha yah that what i meant. sorry

i was tryin to cite the difference in wheel size

also, i just measured the width of the klx tripple clamp from the center of the holes that the forks slide into. it is just at 5 5/8" across

not sure how wide the ttr is...

I put a set on my ttr90(120) now. The forks are OK but you'll need to lower them. Because they are about 2 inches to tall. And the stock springs are way to soft.

But with a little work they can do the trick.

did you use the ttr 125 triple clamps or the 90 clamps and does the stem need to be change out.
