Well the 2008 outdoor pitbike national series is over and last night had to be one of the best tracks of the year. Steel city added a new section and they let us use it for the pitbike race. Eviloompa will have some pictures and video up soon but once again willy browing went huge on one of the big jumps out there. It was absolutly sick. 12" open results. 1st place #156 WILLY BROWNING, team CHP / 2nd place #384 CARL SCHLACHT team BBR? / 3rd place #135 SAM YANETTILLI team WIDE-OPEN RACING/PITSTER PRO. There was a little scary moment in practice when tyson clark was out practicing, someone entered the track as he was landing off one of the big jumps and collided into each other. Luckly both guys were ok but tyson was battered and bruised and could not race. It was a shame as tyson was looking great in practice and would have gave the top 3 guys a run for sure. As for the national series WILLY BROWNING rapped up the covented 12" open class with a win last night while SAM YANETTILLI came a close second and BRENT HAHN finishing 3rd in points behind willy for the season. I would like to thank a few people that made this years pitbike national series happen for us. 1st off our wives for putting up with our shi$ and letting us travel all summer. GARY @ PITSTER PRO for all his support, he should be very proud that his PITSTER PRO finished every moto (except 1) this year which earned sam a overall second place finsh behind willy browning in the 12" open class. This has never been done on a chinese bike. I would also like to thank KAMES sports for all there support and help over the last few years. Thanks to everyone else who made it happen.
