Wiring Harness?

What are you putting it in..?



looks like you have half the harness, the kill switch, and Coil connections are missing

then you have everything that you need whats the problem...did it come with a killswitch?

Its all color coordinated wirering



Rev box plugs into the harness Plug



Coil posts are color terminals also. Green goes to green Coil plug Yellow/Black to the other



Green loop wire is ground (make sure its clean) metal to metal "no Paint" mount behind Coil/bolt



Small 2 terminal plug is Kill switch



the other 2-3 wires from the stator go to there color coded wires



Real simple Plug them all in and take a picture and will see how it looks...;)

If they don't have them then they must be selling their Lifan 150 motors without harnesses or they just don't want to sell you one because you didn't buy your motor from them. Actually that doesn't look like the Lifan 150 motor that comes with the outer rotor kit. Looks like a regular lifan 125 motor, probably bored to 150.

it is board, And Im lost. so far Nothing I see will work. dont I need to plug from motor to harness, then to cdi box, and the other wires to coil, kill switch. right. the wire harnesses Ive seen onley have one plug for cdi. I need in and out?

basically you just need the simple wiring harness as posted

this will give you the wires from the cdi to the engine and leads to go to your coil and kill button



hundreds of guys have done this and its easy

posted was a wiring diagram and we have them you can print out too

im sure you got a good motor from one of the guys here on pm



but



you sent a pm asking for lifan 150 wiring harness ,we only have enough to go with our motors

no pictures in an email

this is exactly why sending a PM to a vendor should also be followed up with further info via email



this is what an actual stock lifan 150 looks like

are you saying that the Rev Box and the 2 wires that come off the motor is the only thing that came with the motor?



so your Missing the Coil and Killswitch



The intermidiate harness that has the (2 coil wires Gr. and Y/b and the Green ground) small plug for the Killswitch and the (3 connections) on the other end



the stuff listed should have been included...:wink:



where did you get it?



Shouldn't be to hard to get

from a guy from this sit. traded him a rc car for the motor. In the pic those are the only wires coming out of the motor.. one with the white plug" witch will fit in the cdi box" and 5 others, rd/bk , yell, bul/wht, wht, green. and thats it...

you need the intermidiate harness that plugs into (Black/ Red, Green & Blue/White) and that plugs into the Coil and Kill switch



(Yellow is for lights and White is for Ac/charging /Battery) and is not needed
