It been a while since I been on here. Bike is 90% done, but I run in to a few problems. I got radial Brembo monoblock without bleeding valve. I think somwhere on the forum I read that you need some sort of a bleeding valve or banjo bolt. Anyway that is easy enought to sort.



TMAS and Z got me right whiring digram, that was sorted easey enough. (Thanks for that)

Now the real problem is in starting the bike. As I mentioned before I'm running Takegawa 124+R Superhead + Decomp for easer start. 5 close ratio gears. I tryed to start it one day with my mate. We were giving it all we got in turns. Theres plenty of compressions, but motor won't start. Eventually we managed to start it twice. I tuned the carb (Mikuni VM26), bike was running sweet. But the following day till now I cant start it.

I checked for all connections, battery charged, fresh fuel, checked spark plugs, everything I can think of, but still can't get it going. The motor was build by profesional garage and it brand new. So now it booked in to a garage. As of now I'm still waiting........:mad: Any input will be appreciated
 
If the bike started twice, it is more than likely tuning issues. try bumping the pilot up a jet or two. What is your jetting at now?
