I didn't threaten you. I said I'd try to get my money back. The Paypal dispute is exactly for this type of case.

Firepower, yes it has a domed piston for a stock head bore kit. Just not sure about the cam.

That part of the instructions is in English.

You're not trying to sell fake parts? Well you're doing a good job at selling fake parts.

Facts are facts and your title read

BRAND NEW IN BOX. decided to not to this kit and keep the motor stock for now. Kit includes: 1 set of 52mm piston & ring kit. 1 wrist pin, 2 wrist pin circlips, 1 cylinder (with skidplate tabs on it) 1 high lift, long duration camshaft. Comes with all the gaskets that are needed to mount this kit up. payed almost 300 for it. Get it at half the cost for $$$$150.

email is Rvaillant528@yahoo.com but just pm me please!

That's not even close to what I received so I would like a full refund.

did you completely fail to look at the picture? Every piece has accurate pictures, You said yourself that you already have an s stage kit... You know what it should look like, maybe take all of 30 seconds next time to look at a picture. He may have not know what he was selling but at least he took the time to post actual pictures of it.

You're making yourself look bad, not me. A Paypal dispute is the way to work things out and is a more official way to resolve disputes. You sold me what was in the picture, which was completely different than your title and description.

No I didn't completely fail to look at the pictures. The pics are small and not all that detailed. I did fail to realize that it had a black steel cylinder jug that was from a Chinese company, but again, the pics aren't that good. Never once did I think I'd be receiving a steel China jug that isn't even for a Honda motor let alone a Takegawa. Also, can you make out in the pictures that the jug isn't a black Takegawa? or that the piston is domed and not from a S-Stage kit, or any other details from those pictures?

Fact is he said it was a New Takegawa S-Stage kit. I shouldn't even have to look at the pictures to verify if he's lying or not. If he received the parts like that from someone on ebay then he should have taken it up with the seller and not resold it once he realized none of the parts he had will work on a Honda bottom end.

So what you guys are saying is if someone is advertising a full Kitaco 124 built motor for sale @ $1800, and the pics look pretty similar to one and someone buys it, then when they get the motor it turns out to be a China knock-off motor that the purchaser is stuck? You don't think they should raise a red flag and go after the seller? Should it matter that the seller thought it was a Kitaco, but didn't know any better to realize that it wasn't. Seriously, you guys have zero logic.

Rvaillant528, if you're not lying about swapping the parts, then post a link to the ebay sale where you bought the parts. Maybe you are telling the truth about were the parts are from, so prove it. It still doesn't dismiss you reselling bogus parts though.

We both know you had no intentions to work things out with me. You said in your first private message back to me, before I filed the dispute, that "I should have known what I was buying". You say you didn't know, so how should I have known from two tiny pics? I thought I did know from your title and description, which stated it as a New Takegawa S-Stage 88 Kit...

Wow I cant believe people are sticking up for Rvaillant528. If Rvaillant528 sold something that wasnt the 88 s-stage kit (regardless of pics or not) then he should fix it!!! The fact is that Rvaillant528 advertised a "88cc s-stage kit takegawa" if he did not send that then he is in the wrong. Doesnt matter what the pics show if he didnt sell what he advertised in the ad then he is at fault. What if Dutch didnt have a s-stage kit to begin with, should/would that make any difference?? NO!! Give Dutch his money back!!

If he didnt know what he was selling than he should have stated that!! And if he truely didnt know it was the wrong kit then he should fix it. Just because he got fu**ed over doesnt mean he should f*** other people over.

im not taking anyone's side on this, but look at it in this stand point. say i put a wheel on here, and it has a cracked hub. i bought the wheel with a defect crack that i clearly know is there. but i list "brand new in the box wheel" and post pictures.

Is it then the buyer's responsibility to look at the pictures and say "oh sh!t that hub is cracked!"? no, that's not the buyer's responsibility. I should be able to read a title and description and know exactly what I am buying without ever having to look at a picture.

Show link where you got screwed on your purchase, before passing the deal on, RV...

IF it got returned to you incomplete, Dutch is bordering on as bad as you, but your refusal to offer an apogetic and immediate refund, regardless of your alleged ignorance of the nature of the product, should be enough to get you punted.
