get the 250 I hate 450s on a track they will kill you....but if you ride at the dunes or the dezert or just all around trail ride go with the 450

id get the 250f. that 450s out dated, not because its older than the 250f, but because its got the old 250 2smoke frame and plastic and looks stupid imo.
but if you get the 250f, and if you ever need to replace the cylinder (like if you blow it up or something) id get a 05 cylinder because the 04s had real thin sleeves..

I hate kawasaki and suzuki so im only lookin at the hondas so im going with the crf250r

ya, ive rode a 450 and i pretty much hated it. its horrible on tight tracks......you cant open it up enough. the 250, well you would be able to use more of its potential no matter where you rode other than straight aways haha cuz then well anybody can hammer on the throttle and shift gears

man, you should try a 4 stroke, especially the higher sized engines.....they have like a powerband but you also have low end power.....pretty crazy and lots of fun
