I witnessed a very similar situation take place and it didn't end up well, why even point the finger at anyone. Accidents happen it shouldn't be an excuse to get rich, fair and reasonable compensation would be one thing but 41 million dollars come on. They must think highly of junior if they think he will lose 2 million dollars in wages.

you people think sueing is bs but if i had 3rd degree burns on 90% of my body because the clothes i was wearing were not flame retardent i might be a little pissed. Getting burned is one thing but having the clothes your wearing increase the burns you receive is another

If that's the case, I'm taking GOD to Supreme Court for past and future pain/suffering endured during my presence in his world.

Thor is responsible for his actions? They make dirt bike riding gear, not ****ing stunt man burn suits.



If the "plastic tank" ruptured, where do you think the fault lies? No ruptured tank, no fire.

I never said Thor was responsible but coming from someone that owns a business i know that you must try to cover your ass everywhich way you can. If i made a product that is around gasoline i might think about trying to make it fire retardent.



Also whatever the Jury award is not what the plantiff will receive. It is up to the judge to make the final decision based on the jurys findings
