dont pop it in the first place:) but really wd40 works wonders...also before you start

pull valve stem on new tube...put it in...then air it up and let it blow back out...then put tire on...or the other half that is...then put valve stem back in and fill it up...

lube and a good set of tire irons. I have used tire irons that pop the tube no matter what i do it seems. then I use mine and no issues. plus patience. and once you get the tube in add alittle air with soapy water will help keep it out of the way from being pinched.

a good set of tire irons will make it much easier .

use baby powder in the tire so the tube won't chafe .

put the blue masking tape (home depot) on the rim edge so it will now mark up the wheel (duct tape works best but can be hard to remove) .

spray the tire with window cleaner so it will slide on but not slip later .

put your wheel on a 5 gal plastic bucket and have at it .

12 / 14 wheel 10 minutes tops , 12 about the same , 10 inch tire changes suck bad i hate it .

A long set of tire tools and some Honda spray polish... the best tire lube in the world....just put a little on the bead and push away. I have been able to put tires ON with no tools. Just a little spray polish and muscle.....

set tires out in sun or warm up with heat gun or space heater (I only have to do that with a 10") wd 40 or windex work great on the bead .. make sure to baby powder the tube really good so it can move freely...eat some wheaties and give it a go

Don't start pissed off, that's the quickest way to a flat tube. Windex works wonders for the bead, nice rounded spoon type tire irons are slick, along with baby powder on the tube. Having some air in the tube to keep it from twisting also helps a lot.

I have done about five of them, and only broke one. Do this: do whatever you gotta do to get the old tire off, I used the rounded edge of a crescent wrench. Get two of them and put them about 3" apart on the tire, and pry the tire over the lip. Once it's started, it will go really easy. Then just use a whole bunch of car wash soap on the lip of the rim and work one edge of the new tire on. You will have to pry it on their. Push the tube inside the tire, and work the stem through. Inflate the tube just a little bit and feel around with your fingers to make sure everything's away from the lip. Put car wash soap on the lip of the rim again and use your knees and palms to get the tire almost on, then use that crescent wrench again to pop it completely on. Fill it up and bounce it around the tire to get the bead to seat properly, and your good.

It's easier to show you. Where are you located? I'm in Omaha, but there's probably someone near you who wouldn't mind showing you the first time.

to keep from pinching the tube, never take your tire iron past 90 degrees to the rim. When levering the bead over the rim, don't pull the iron all the way down, just go to the point where it's straight up from the rim, when you go farther than that is when the iron pinches the tube against the rim.
