Post up the people you've dealt with + had problems.
A summed story would be helpful too.
I can or a mod can add people to the list as needed.
Stan - I paid and he said he would ship the item right away. I waited a week and he said he would ship. Waited another week + never received any responses, then opened a dispute on paypal.
