That is an 07' - 06' still had the curved swingarm i am pretty sure. Check the plate.

The reason I offered $1000 cash is because I surfed the net and found out what similar bikes sold for resently. I also talked to a few people and I thought $1000 and meeting me half way to pick it up was fair.
