Give Jay's Bike Shop a call. He's known for forks, call him at 860 759-2717. He has a 800 number but I forget it, Ill try to get it for you later though.

Ok, the blue and red knobs on top are rebound only. So keep them the same click setting on both sides. If they are too stiff you will have to take them apart to check the springs and oil. Stock they come with ATF fluid in them which I believe is about 15w oil. Depending on the person before you they may have different springs in the front. They should have come with a 50lb spring and a 65lb spring on both legs (2 springs per leg). They may have also changed the fluid to a heavier weight to stiffen them up or changed out the springs to both 65lb.

To take apart the forks is not like a normal fork so most fork shops will destroy them before they figure it out. Email the email address I gave you and they should be able to rework them for you if you want. If not you you loosen the upper clamp bolts, loosen the top of the fork (30mm socket), loosen the fork seal, (just loosen them don't take them off, this is just so you don't have to fight getting them off by holding onto the fork tube), then take the fork out of the triple. Take off the allen head bolt at the bottom of the fork, then take off the fork seal and the top cap on the fork. Now you have the fork apart. I would have to see the insides to remember from here (which I will be doing in the next 2 weeks so I can get more detailed from here later.

Hope this helps.

If you want someone to do them email the email address I gave you. They will rebuild them for you. And since they built them they know what they are doing.
