Well your help is appreciated, but unfortunately I'm not up enough to know what your photos are showing me.

Sorry for my rookieness, but can you explain?

Thanks

The Intake and Exhaust ports have been bored to a specific size, on a Gig Grinder (very precision milling machine ) then blended by hand to increase the flow that passes through them. The Exhaust port is then polished by hand.

The valve guides were removed to do the boring, and tapered on a lathe to further enhance the flow around them.

The combustion chamber is completely free of casting marks, and the valve seats are blended to the chamber. then polished for better flow and less carbon will stick to them. All done by hand.

When you deck the cylinder .040 it increases the compression to about

11 1/2 to one. So Race fuel is a must.

I will try to post some pic's of The stock Ports to show the difference. I didn't put my head on a flow bench....but I estimate my head to flow about 50% volume than a stock head.

More air...more fuel...More compression = HP !!

Hope this helps

Rick
