guys i was wondering what is involved in putting an sx65 front end on my 05' drz 110, i ahve the entire 65 so i have every part, also where can i get better springs for those forks?

And i also seem to remember someone having a 65sx swingarm and shock on a 110, what is involved in fabing that up?

yes you just need some klx tapered steering bearings and 2 spacers....as for the springs cannonracecraft.com can make and may have any spring you need

i was wondering this too, when you say spacers, what do you mean? where could i get them, could i make one?

and just tapered bearings as long as i have the stock 65 clamps?

also, im guessing the 110 wheel wont fit the 65 forks, so i need that too wont i?

ok, thats not too bad, i have a local set of 2004 front forks and wheel with triple clamp and brake for 250. i think i might go pick them up, but i want to know about the triple clamps. has anyone made a spacer on this site, pr where could i get some?

pax racing has what you need

Im puting KTM 65 forks and wheel on ours, and I have green BBR rims on the stk 110 wheels. Will the front BBR rim lace up to the KTM hub? They both have 32 spokes so I think it will work, but I hate to unlace them to find out the hard way.

Anyone know or done it?I hate to give up the green rims because they make the bike alot faster! LOL (bling bling)

i did a guy's klx w/ the ktm 65sx forks and pax's stem bearing kit, the bottom spacer had its lip "sheared" off and now falls thru the center of the bearing... i talked to don and he said he would send another lower spacer- which is awesome customer service, but that was 2 wks. ago already and i still havent gotten it yet =( now this guys all pissed at me! don, if you're out there, can you make sure you remember to send it to me asap???

You saying you know how to make them, because I don't really wanna pay $100 for this kit?
Any machine shop can do that for u just take in ur parts and tell them what ur doin. It needs do be done right because u don't want that to fail. $100 bucks don't go far at any hospital. I bet by the time u pay a machine shop 1 hour min. u will have about the same money in it.
