what kind of riding do you do?

I have a YZ125 for MX tracks, I have a Husky 510SMR for Street and SuperMoto. I have a small track in my back yard but the YZ is too big for it and the TTR125L suspension is junk so I guess I am looking for something to replace the TTR thats more aggressive and ridable.

If you are just looking for something for a backyard track I would think the 150R is going to be way to much. That thing rally's a small step below the 250F.

I have alway's been a lover of the japan bikes and my 50 is a fully built race CRF. But honestly if you ride one of the new X4R's you would love it. It's a little down on power straight out of the box but for under $400.00 you can big bore it and have one of the funnest pit bikes especially for the money. I have been real sceptical of the china built bikes for a long time but I have rode this bike and went through it with a fine tooth comb and I honestly don't see a whole lot of difference between it and the fully built 8000 dollar klx's. Plus GPX and Pitster are really starting to get a solid reputation behind them.

I have one of em on the way but hey that's just my opinion.

Well I ended up buying an 07 105sx from a guy that got his son a 150r

I couldnt find any 150s under or even near 3,000$ I figured 2500$ for the 105 wasn't a bad way to go.

since I sold my 525sx/SM I still may have enough change left over to get the standard x4 seeing they are only 15hundred out the door!

Thanks for your input, I still can't wait to ride a 150r though:rolleyes:

imho...

I have ridden the 150R and it hauls a$$! And the KTM Supermini is also insanely fast and well suspended too!

But, if you want to 'race' them in pitbike events...the 150R & KTM Supermini...they are both supermini's really.....are not allowed in the pitbike race series that I have seen (please correct me if I am wrong here).

As for the other's...they just serve different classes. The Workz bike is a 50 based perimeter frame and with a 12 x 14 is comfy with 6' travel in front and 7' in rear...But it is not a mid size like the X4/x4r (where travel is 8/8.5 ...I think). No one else has ridden a workz bike except me, Brent, Dom & Sammy....so you'll have to stop by my house and cruise one for yourself...And you can probably sweet talk a local into riding an X4 as well........bob
