Im almost done building my 95cc motor and was wondering about what to do about the clutch. Would adding HD clutch springs and discs do the trick or should I get a TB HD auto clutch? If I put the HD springs and discs in wouldn't that make it perform about the same as the TB cluch? I can get a clutch kit for quite a bit less than buying a TB clutch. What is everyone else running with their 95cc motors?

I assume you are talking about either a daytona bvh or takegawa super head 95, @ any rate I would go for the sik 50s auto clutch perf kit it comes with your hd fibre plates and springs 50 dollars I have had two different motors with this and it held up fine. I had a daytona 75 with the stock head ported and decked .050 running about 15:1 comp, that motor ripped and the sik 50s clutch kit held up great and prevented any slipping. Now I have the same setup on my BBR 88 super pro motor no probs there either.

Im running a dratv cylinder I got off ebay with a tb 54mm piston. Then I'm buying an 88 kit with racehead and bigger valves from adam at attackpositionracing.com. I'm going to use the head, carb kit, and oil pump out of this kit and then sell the piston kit, gaskets and cylinder. So i guess its kind of a mutt.
