Yeah the stock bore with ported and polished stock head and a Two Brothers Stroker feels pretty good,,, everyone that rides it seems to think it goes pretty good,, I love that damn bike better then both my modded bikes (165+R and 138 + R) becuase the bike makes you feel like a superstar being able to be pinned the entire time!! The stroker does make a diff. though!

Gary what carb/cam are you running with this? And the 55mm crank with the stock piston is a drop in mod?

so stroking a built out stocker is worth it???

i have everything done to my stocker except a stroker i have the cam high dome piston head ported and polished and all kinds of other lil mods and tricks to get the most power out of it. stroking it and 4th gear shift drum would be the only mods left and still trying to dial in my forks. how do u guys run ur forks on the stocker? i have the springs dampeners and emulators ive had them mushy the way i like them but with massive rebound r stiff with just the right rebound, about to try one stiff spring one stock spring, getting fustrated with it.

i couldnt give a single idea for suspension set-up for the dirt..... now if you want to road race it.... gimme a call. 8) the only dirt my bikes have ever seen is in the pits at the kart tracks!!!!



any further info on that stroker crank info would be appreciated, for sure. did you feel it gave you appreciable gains?

i dont have to.... but instead of jumping out of one 4-stroke frying pan and into another significantly more expensive 4-stroke frying pan, i'd just jump into the 2-stroke fire. i dont know anything about road race set-up for a 70, and to be honest with you.... they may do great highly modded in the dirt, but i havent seen anyone bring them to the pavement with any success. plus, right now i dont see any under 130 cc 4-stroke being able to stick with a 65 2-stroker. just aint gonna happen.........

I think the 130 BBK with a +R head would be the fastest under 131cc set-up. Truely whether it can keep with the 65's is something you will have to tell us.



(the 138 kit is a 59mm piston. The 130 kit is a 57mm piston.)



The 55mm stroker with a 55mm piston (wiseco) with a +R head would be sweet. 130.7cc



I've got to stay under 125cc, so I'm gonna do the 55mm TBR crank with a wiseco 53.5mm piston. Only because I can't afford a +R set up. Come March when the season starts I'll tell you how it works.
