i already have a i shock with rez and a fast 50s swinger. would it b worth it to sell them and buy a lahaye rear end for 650 bucks? would i realy notice the increased travel?

yes you will notice the change, figure out your riding surfaces and jumps to decide.
bmx more than mx style, stick with what you got
mx more than bmx style, go with the longtravel
bmx more than mx style, stick with what you got
mx more than bmx style, go with the longtravel
theres a huge difference. and alot of people will probably say that you cant ride bmx with a long travel setup, or that it will be harder, but its not true. just like everything else, you just need to get used to it. once your used to it you will be fine and just have much softer landings than everyone else :wink:

im not sure if im selling my shock now il prbabaly just buy his 750 lb spring to try an save some money
