Heres an X2R with a 12/10 set-up

Image

I like the set-up better than the 14/12 But I agreed to race it with the 14/12 set-up for local pitbike races for the Team.

I recomend a 800lbs spring for the rear shock and Service the Front forks according to your weight and seek a new lower Peg mount (Not availible yet)

You would be happy with the bike. 12/10 or 14/12 they both work great. I'm not sure how you ride, but it has a great base to start with. Play around with the suspension a little bit and your in. OLDSCHOOL is right on the money. If your in the North East look up Mark at Mini Me Racing, I know he has a X2R and a X3R as we speek. www.minimeracing@cox.net

I've had mine for a few months now and run a Ti-force pipe. The only issues i have been having is even with loctite, you have to go over the entire bike and check all bolts before each ride. I'll be glad when they develop an airbox so those wet/sandy/muddy days aren't a worry.

Oh, TrailPimp told me to make sure the shock is perfectly lined up at the bottom mount, shim as required. this takes some of the torsional load off the shaft and will help prevent seal failure.

The fork oil change made it a different bike. After the fluid change the bike is consistant and builds confidence, so that is a $10 must do.

Hope this helps

you can use any pipe with a strap mount that can slide up or down the muffler. The pitster mount is alot futher back the on the sub frame compaired to a crf mount.
