Dang, that is impressive.

Was that 92 mph finch? You've got issues man, really. The little pitbikes are sketchy enough, I can't imagine how squirrelly that thing must be at that speed. Are the tires even speed rated for that?

Awesome job. Big inspiration to build one for sure now. Hmmm..... now just what to sell to fund the project.

Good to seen a bean cap on as well LOL....

Keep up the good work.

I might be interested in it......

Any sign of abnormal wear on the tires from the heat at those speeds ?

Just wondering how safe a 50 mph rated ( or however close ) tire is looking after being subjected to some serious mph and heat??

we changed heads, i put on a head very close to the head on my 153cc gpx. because of the cam lift difference i used a thicker head gasket and probably didn't need to because the compression went way down. an infant could crank it now. i can say thet i have found a good 56-59mm piston now for the lifan just don't have it yet. the 56mm piston from dratv is useless unless your going to turbo the thing, it's almost flat. well it was 98 degrees and 60% humidity and we ran in a different place marked off at 550ft and went with it. all motor not to good, but to be expected running rich as hell weather not helping 69mph up 4mph from before. on the gas up 5mph now at 80mph. i think that 80mph is it in 3rd the bike could use a gearing change so i'm going up 1 in the front that will be 17/28 should be good for 105-110mph we'll see. please remember that with helmet i hit the scales at 238lbs there is no telling what we'd see if there was a 125-150 pounder on it, i'd guess another 5-6mph in the 550ft speeds easy

Hey...I'm not doubting your ability to build a rip roaring engine here. And I firmly believe that it is possible to go 90mph on a mini. However, I am skeptical on the accuracy of the radar. You are using a golf swing speed indicator, not really a radar designed to test speed on a vehicle.

The better way to determine actually top speed would be to hook up a gps and see that way. Or, you can get a digital tach and see what the rpms are and calculate through. I know of a very tuned ct70 in the netherlands, producing 20.8hp on the dyno using a fcr28 downdraft carb, with an over racing exhaust and daytona outer rotor and takegawa clutch built custom at 147cc only hitting 80.

Again, not calling BS, but skeptical on the radar. Certainly looks fast on the video.

gps read 91.27mph. the radar has not been off by more than 3mph through all of this. i also have bushnell radar gun, and it reads all over the place. i just show it because its easier and shortens the videos. speed, times, and numbers are something i don't joke around with, it is what i live on.

if that motor makes 20.8hp it will run faster than 80mph. more than likely it don't make 20.8hp. say it does, the motor in this bike probably makes a soild 14.5-15.5hp and then i'm putting somewhere around 10hp in it with the gas. again please remember my back ground, going fast, straight line, nitrous, turbo thats all my bag. now i'm not saying the bike is going to pull the new gear to the top. so i don't know about 100+mph next time out. but i'm so-so thinking mmmmmmmmmm.
