ultra long throttle cable...........

I dont know how to get rid or the extra length in this friggin cable...TB 22mm carb with the 108 kitand the cable was provided I was told it was the right one but it is way way too long.



I have adjusted it at the housing and in the middle of the cable but it is still an inch or so too long!

what to do....what to do?????



please help a brutha out!:confused:

I have one of those on one of the family bikes, I used a different throttle and it corrected the problem. You might have to use your stock cable or buy a different one. Ask mike at TB I found him to be a good guy who will help.

maybe its not on the slide correctly? And their is an adjustment in the middle of the cable and at the end where the throttle is. Try playing with those, maybe you have it screwed in backwards so its all the way loose. I am running the TB108 and don't have a problem.

screwy!

I have the sano billet throttle with the cable i got from the 108 kit. I have adjusted it at the throttle and in the middle checked twice at the top of carb and all is good there....just cant get all the extra "slack" out..........DUMa$$ founded.:confused:
