First mods to hit the 110 were to make it fit a larger rider myself being 6'1 and just over 200 I knew I needed more room in the cockpit and controls that I could comfortably use.

on a separate note my big bike is a KTM SX-f 450 factory edition dungey replica one of the first 400 ever produced its a 2012 in case anyone was curious. Phenomenal bike!

My suspension ordeal the full story-
Suspension was the next area of focus on the 110, first thing I did was order a marsochi complete front end from tboltusa and a sick 110s +4 rear swingarm from king. That's where it all went to poop! Complete fdon't end came from tboltusa and I was reall not impressed with the product, the service from Tboltusa was top notch, I explained to them what I didn't like about the kit. From the triple clamps and forks legs not having coating to the front brake looking very "Chinese" aka super cheap for what I payed for the front end and the wheel not being very high quality either. I returned it without issue and began looking into what my other options were. By that time I was wondering where in the hell my swingarm was so I called king racing and even though I had placed my order online, they didn't process it and told me they only had the bare metal version not the black one I had ordered. Then they went on to tell me that the manufacturer had raised the cost of the swingarm like 50 extra buck and it would be at least a month before they could get it to me. So I said no thanks and canceled my order, I didn't want to deal with them and also after doing some research found out I would have needed to buy another rear shock because the fox float wasn't long enough for that swing arm.

I ended up getting a pax racing kx65 fork adapter and found a complete front end off a kx65 in Watsonville a town just south of where I live for 200 bucks. Drove down and the complete front end looked in pretty good shape so I bought it and began going thru all the parts to make sure it was all good. I bought adult springs from performance spring for the forks. A fresh set of pads for the disk brake and bled and replaced the brake fluid. For the icing on the proverbially cake I went out and bought another excel front wheel and spokes because the spokes are a different amount then on the 110. Also purchased a new front brake lever because the complete front end was lacking the lever and the bolt and screw to attach it. Finally had a front end I was happy with and began the hunt for the swingarm.

ended up purchasing the bbr super stock swingarm from tboltusa once it was in stock and it arrived FAST! Ordered Tuesday and was on my porch when I got home that Thursday. If all goes smoothly both the front end and the swingarm will be on this weekend with pictures of how it looks. Also bought a sun line chain but will probably order a DID and fresh sprockets some time this month. More concerned with getting the suspension on and beginning to dial it in.

Took a little longer than expected for my local shop to lace up my new front wheel but I got it all back together and it is SWEET! Came out better than I expected. Now I'm going to ride it for the next few months while I accumulate the parts for the splitting of the cases (manual clutch, forth gear, hd output shaft, stroker crank and the 143 big bore kit with v2 head and 26mm carb. Also probably regear and switch to a D.I.D chain) I AM STOKED!

Thank you all for the kind words, jti the kx65 forks are one minor complaint away from being perfect. With the adult rate springs they ride great, have plenty of travel for casual to moderately hard use, I personally would not recommended for full on mini moto racing on a supercross style track but for playing around and hitting occasional jumps with in reason they work great. The front disk brake is the main reason I upgraded to the kx65 front end and it doesn't disappoint. Stopping power is greatly improved as is brake lever feel. The added height from the forks and swing arm allow for a MUCH greater lean angle before dragging a peg which is very nice aswell. My only minor complaint is that the traditional fork design is not as "factory" or cool looking as the inverted forks, if you can live with the basic look of the traditional fork and are not intending to use the bike in an extreme racing application then I would highly recommend them. Maybe after alittle more seat time and adjustments I might feel more confident in there ability to be used in a full race situation, also I'm 6'2 and 205 so if your rider weighed less it may not be an issue and the forks could handle it. Overall I'm very satisfied with my decision to go kx65 front end and the price is very reasonable compared to the inverted fork options.
