Bought TB parts 143cc big bore kit, V2 race head, cam & 26mm carb kit. Was over $600+ And once I installed it I can't get it to run right. (installed on 03 klx 110)

From half throttle to full throttle the bike rips! BUT, it will bog or the engine will die below half throttle. Won't idle for more then 2-3 seconds before dying.

Will ONLY start if you have the throttle 1/2 twisted otherwise it won't start. I'm going to take a guess and assume the carb comes jetted from China and that they can't set the jets to be perfect for every country/weather condition/altitude etc...

So if I'm assuming that is correct? I should be able to put a leaner pilot jet in to get the bike to not bog on the bottom end? What should I do about the idle? If I turn it up much more won't that affect the auto clutch? Or is a bog on the bottom end mean it's to lean & I need to richen up 1-2 #'s on the pilot jet?

Only other mods to the bike is full Yoshimura exhaust with carbon fiber muffler.
 
Sounds like you have a 40 pilot try a 42.
