So I now have access to some CNC machines!

I am looking to build some billet Rearsets for my ZB50 that resemble stock Monkey-R sets and mount to the ZB frame.

The problem is that I do not have anything to reference for dimensions.

Can anybody help get me started?

I need to know the following:
Distance between mounting holes on the frame?
Distance between mounting holes and the pegs?
There are bends so I need to know the offsets of the bends?
Basically, I need as many dimensions as I can get.

I am going to use AutoCAD to design but if anybody already has them in CAD, that would be amazing!

Thank you,

You have to remove the ZB frame brake pedal stump and drill a hole to mount the rearsets. I might have a stock set for the Honda Monkey R. Let me have a look for them. :) Where are you located?

Well tmas, I ended up doing the japamart thing on yahoo auctions japan and grabbing this set fore a mere 13000 yen + about a million dollars in shipping and commission fees, lol. So hopefully I get them within the next decade.

But thank you for your willingness to help, I truly appreciate the support in these crazy ideas

Smart move..:arms:..... I paid a lot more for mine. I'm guessing I paid at least 200 USD. I think you can still get the rubber pads from Honda. Make sure you post pics when you get them all cleaned up.
